Peter Gagg

Peter is the CEO and responsible for delivering global asset management excellence and business improvement consultancy services.

With more than 30 years experience in managing teams of consultants and technical trainers, he works with clients on a worldwide basis with blue chip organisations.

Peter’s knowledge includes providing Asset Management, Maintenance and Manufacturing services, working with clients in Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Power, Food & Drink, Automotive, Transport and Facilities Management.

Peter’s recent client projects include working with Johnson & Johnson, MSD, Dubai Airport, GSK, Heathrow airport, Sembcorp. Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting.

In 2016 MCP was honoured to receive the Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2016 for year-on-year growth in export sales of consulting and training services.

Tim Robson

Tim is a Director and is responsible for Consultancy and maintenance services.

An accomplished and growth-focused business leader with extensive experience designing and implementing strategic directions and initiatives to achieve organisational bottom-line objectives. Proven success in applying dynamic leadership approach in leveraging processes to drive operational excellence.

Adept at strengthening compliance, improving processes, elevating output, quality, and customer satisfaction to all-time bests. Fact-based problem solver with the aptitude to evaluate alternative courses of action and make sound management decisions.

Celia Cionnagh

Celia is a Director and Head of Operations, her responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic plans of the business to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the business processes.

With a background in teaching and training, Celia is also responsible for managing the MCP Management Training function, working with the team to offer high quality management tools and techniques training as part of the MCP consultancy portfolio.

She manages the day-to-day activities to ensure that the business functions run smoothly. Duties include managing and supervising the staff, providing a robust infrastructure framework for MCP and overseeing the quality management system; MCP is an ISO: 9001 certificated organisation.

She has a clear knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and organisations. She manages all client accounts for both consultancy and training in terms of support services and is your first point of contact for any enquiries.

John Saysell

John is a Director and is responsible for managing the MCP Technical Training function. He has more than 20 years of managing change programmes, customers and trainers. If you want to improve your teams’ operational and maintenance skills and knowledge, you are talking to the right man! Some companies have achieved OEE improvements in excess of 10% following MCP technical training programmes.

Working across sectors as diverse as facilities, power, transport, paper, food, drink and automotive, John’s customers include Thames Water, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Pladis Global, Suntory and Heathrow Airport. Some of these customers have worked with John for 15 years.

John would like to spend more of his spare time at the velodrome. He has won 5 national titles and has the world and European honours. He has a bachelor of engineering and is a chartered mechanical engineer.
