MCP Staff Conference 2018
Nearly 30 members of MCP’s workforce attended the MCP ‘staff away-day’ conference on Friday, 19 January 2018. The event was held at the prestigious Nuthurst Grange, a privately owned country house hotel nestled in twelve and a half acres of undulating Warwickshire countryside. The stables (converted for conference use!) made the perfect home for the meeting, away from the usual diversions and distractions of the office.
This is an important event in the MCP Calendar, held annually. It was an opportunity for the staff and associates, many who work abroad for long periods of time, to meet and share the successes of 2017 and plans for the coming year.
The attendees listened attentively to many of MCP’s key account consultants and support staff. They saw a selection of presentations from our client portfolio, new project success stories, marketing’s contribution to new business, new technology partners and other planned business strategies.
The presentation by our CEO, Mr Peter Gagg, led the way with a very interesting insight and update on the latest MCP business achievements. The conference provided an ideal forum for sharing ideas, improving team spirit and time to hear from the Senior Leadership Team with exciting news and stories from MCP’s prestigious client base.
The entire team felt the whole day was a very rewarding session, as they learned about the planned launch of new products, successful project outcomes and positive changes in the business.
What a great way to welcome in 2018.
