One of MCP’s most well-attended training courses, where delegates discover how to optimise asset performance lifecycle, is the IAM Certificate training.

This IAM training course was delivered this month at our Reading Training facility. Representatives from Heathrow Airport, Luton Airport and Devon County Council Highways Division attended.

A wealth of knowledge in how to optimise asset performance lifecycle

Richard Fathers, Senior Consultant & Trainer delivered the course. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in various roles for over three decades.

Richard’s role within the business is to deliver Asset Management Consultancy and Training, Skills Assessments, Asset Condition Assessments, Bespoke training, ISO 55000 Certification, Engineering Consultancy and Continuous Improvement Processes.

A continuous improvement vision and how to optimise asset performance lifecycle

As part of MCP’s own continuous improvement vision, the material has recently been redeveloped and, as a result, is now more candidate interactive. The IAM Certificate is a 5-day training course, with an examination on the 5th day with invigilators present.
