“The work MCP is delivering is part of a bigger strategy, with on-going training planned for the coming months”, said Richard is due to deliver one of MCP’s most popular courses – New Engineering Manager/Supervisor – to a group of their Engineering Graduate Programme employees next week.
The New Engineering Manager/Supervisor enables delegates to lead a world-class maintenance department. The result is improved staff motivation, lower employee turnover, increased output and reduced waste of resources.
ABP Food Group also is investing in training on the benefits of Asset Management for the entire Engineering function. This work is already planned to be delivered by MCP Consulting Group and rolled out nationally, across all their 29 sites.
In addition, MCP will support ABP Food Group, through MCP’s unique benchmarking service The AMIS Assessment. The AMIS Journey is the link between maintenance and asset management. This work is currently planned for 4 sites, with more added as the programme expands.
MCP Consulting Group works with some of the most successful organisations across the globe. Our consultants are dedicated to supporting client sites and helping them on their individual journeys to World-Class Business Performance.
