Jon Ashley, an MCP Consultant, loves an end of course team shot – this one was taken at the end of another successful delivery of training for Johnson&Johnson.

Featured is the class team engaged in an energy-boosting physical activity during an intensive learning session. And, of course, the second image is of the now always expected MCP course line up.

This was a ‘one-off’ 5-day MAMC training for a single site of Johson&Johnson. Attendees were mainly from the Biologics site currently undergoing a major expansion. There were 14 delegates including a couple from the neighbouring Pharmaceuticals site.

MCP always welcomes great feedback and the following quote was received from Paula O’Driscoll of Janssen Biologics.
“…thanks to you for an enlightening week – everyone hugely benefited.”

Representatives from the following disciplines of maintenance, facilities management, project engineering, new site project team and Engineering Leadership attended the course – making a great mix of disciplines.

And of course, the ‘much loved’ team shot. Jon Ashley with delegates from Johnson & Johnson
