Dubai Airports, Engineering Services (ES) division Handbook of Processes is Signed, Sealed, Delivered
As project lead, MCP Consulting Group is pleased to announce the successful execution and recently completed and well-received project for Dubai Airport (DA).
MCP spearheaded the reorganisation programme, which was delivered by a multi-national team drawn from the MCP Partner Network.
The handbook was compiled in co-operation with DA ES staff and developed as part of the engineering services division reorganisation and efficiency programme.
The distribution of the Engineering Services (ES) division Handbook of Processes marks the project completion and conclusion.
The images show a personally inscribed copy of the Handbook dedicated to Peter Gagg, CEO, MCP for his guidance, knowledge and leadership.
Purpose of Handbook
- The handbook has been developed to give a clear understanding of ES business processes, their purpose, individuals’ responsibilities and the KPIs for each process
- The DA ES Processes and related tools and methodologies are aligned with asset management best practices and supported the implementation of Maximo, CMMS, system.
- The handbook has been developed to describe the DA ES Processes that are followed by all DA ES personnel and any other staff who are contracted to provide services to DA ES
Total Time to complete to final version – 6 months.
