As part of MCP's Training Consultancy it is our aim to ensure all our learners receive a full training assessment of their skills and competencies before commencing any of our learning programmes, this also enables you to undertake a training benchmarking exercise.

It is important to consider the differences between training needs and learning needs.   MCP’s approach to competence reflects the learning process and how training is used to ensure learning sticks.  This can involve a wide range of competency based and soft skills analysis.
