• Manufacturing assessment - Week 1
• Implementation Plan - Week 1

A typical cost reduction programme will include:

• Manufacturing Assessment
• Training in Lean Manufacturing, lean six sigma, Kaizen and TPM principles
• Shopfloor coaching and support
