MCP Consulting and Training is working with Dubai International Airport to support their growth and vision to become the world’s largest international airport. Dubai, currently the world’s fourth busiest airport for international passenger and cargo traffic is on course to become the world’s largest international airport by 2015. To help spearhead this the authorities have awarded the contract to MCP to implement an engineering change programme. This will facilitate best practice across its maintenance and engineering services and support their operational improvement programme.
The improvement drive, centered on the implementation of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), will deliver a best-in-class maintenance operation and also incorporate a comprehensive training programme at all levels of personnel. Peter Gagg, Managing Director of MCP, said: “We are proud to be awarded this project and working with the Engineering Services team at Dubai International Airport.”
