To help you Part 1 of MCP’s ‘FM Scan’ is now available as an online, downloadable, desk top analysis tool. Previously this had to be an on-site exercise with an MCP Consultant. You can now quickly self-assess your hard and soft services, benchmarking against sector best practice and perhaps, more importantly, against your competitors. This new online first stage means that less time is required with your internal team, saving you both time and money.
On completion, an assessment with an MCP consultant follows which validates the desktop analysis and provides useful feedback.
