Current Vacancies at MCP Consulting and Training
Technical Trainers
These Midlands based vacancies can be on a permanent or associate basis, full or part-time to provide training and technical services to blue chip organisations in the UK and Overseas.
Do you meet the following requirements?
• Have an electrical engineering or technical qualification
• Have teaching experience in mechanical; electrical; control; programmable controllers; health and safety
• Have an understanding of City and Guilds, NVQs
• Have a training qualification, or training or instructional experience
• Have a D32/33/34 or A1/A2/V1/V2 Assessor/verifier qualification
• Are flexible and willing to work anywhere within the UK
• Are IT literate and able to present using Powerpoint
• Willing and able to write and develop new and existing course material
• Understand training needs analysis and the training process
• Have manufacturing, process in industry or facilities sector experience
• Experience of delivery of equipment improvements (OAC) & (TOT)
• Experience of maintenance improvement programmes and implementation
• Ability to communicate and write notes/reports for all levels
• Previous experience in maintenance, engineering or manufacturing environments

Mechanical Trainer
MCP require a UK based Mechanical Trainer on an associate, part-time basis.
Do you meet the following requirements?
• Have a mechanical engineering or technical qualification
• Have teaching experience in mechanical skills/ health and safety to technicians and operators
• Have an understanding of NVQs
• Have a training qualification, or training or instructional experience
• Have a D32/33/34 or A1/A2/V1/V2 Assessor/verifier qualification
• Are flexible and willing to work anywhere within the UK
• Are IT literate and able to present using PowerPoint
• Willing and able to write and develop new and existing course material
• Understand training needs analysis and the training process
• Have manufacturing, process or other industry experience

Maintenance & Asset Management Consultants

If the answer to the above questions is yes then MCP Consulting and Training would like to talk to you. We are currently recruiting people with maintenance management experience to join our team of consultants and work with Blue Chip clients, providing advice and training.
We require people with:
- Engineering qualifications ideally chartered engineer status.
- Minimum 10 years experience of maintenance and asset management.
- Full driving licence
- Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage.
The role involves travel in the UK and overseas, relocation is not required. Training will be provided with a Competitive salary package.
Maintenance Consultants
MCP require Associate Maintenance Consultants for an ongoing project in the UK. You must be experienced in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programmes, work management systems and Asset Condition surveys of equipment.
