Celia Cionnagh, Operations Manager

Celia is a Director and our Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include: developing and implementing the strategic plans of the business to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the business processes.

She manages the day-to-day activities to ensure that the business functions run smoothly. Her duties include managing and supervising the staff, planning budgets, reviewing expenses, cost cutting and looking for new ways to increase profitability. In addition, she acts on behalf of the business in the absence of other key principal members of staff.

She has a clear knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and organisations. She manages all client accounts for both consultancy and training in terms of support services and is your first point of contact for any enquiries.

Helen Edge, Office Coordinator

Helen is our office coordinator.

She is a skilled Office Coordinator and undertakes a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. She coordinates all office-based activities and administrative tasks as well as assisting Celia Cionnagh our Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the office. She is an integral part of the team, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficient in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office coordinator, she is above all, an organised and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. She is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Her goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organisation.

Sam Jeynes 2 - April 2016BW

Samantha Jeynes, Accounts Coordinator

Sam is our Accounting Coordinator as such she performs various duties, including auditing invoices, monitoring accounts payable trial balance, inputting invoices, checking disbursement, and perform procedures relating to vendor payments.

Sam performs general office duties as well as other assignments such as special operations like preparing credit notes, collection notices, make the adjustment to entries, authorise non-standard invoices, and cancel and replace checks. She maintains filing system related to her role, which includes staff files relating to hours of work, absenteeism and vacation. She prepares and reconciles sales reports. Maintain cash flows, anticipate cash needs, and prepare bank deposits.

Carmen Mills 1 - April 2016BW

Carmen Mills, Training Coordinator

Carmen is our Training Co-ordinator. She is the first point of contact for all the activities of the training department whilst supporting John Saysell our Training and Business Development Manager.

She has the responsibility to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Her organisational skills give her the ability to handle multiple assignments and enquiries. Strong communication skills help her to coordinate multiple training events on both client sites and the official MCP training venues.

Jacqui Wilkins, Marketing Manager

Jacqui, Marketing Manager, is responsible for managing all the marketing activities. Her daily duties include developing the marketing strategy in line with the business plan, coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing the company’s marketing budget, the creation and publication of all marketing material, planning and implementing promotional campaigns, managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results and the overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

She monitors and analyses market trends; studies competitors’ products and services; explores ways of improving existing products and services. Tasked with increasing awareness and profitability, the marketing role identifies new target markets and developing strategies and ways to communicate them.

She is a confident and dynamic personality with a strong creative outlook and is your first port of call for PR enquiries.
